Baseball Team Raises $40,000 for Cerebral Palsy
The Harrisburg Senators have added $40,000 to the million they've already raised for cerebral palsy. The Class AA Eastern League team held its 22nd annual auction of sports memorabilia and collectibles over the weekend and it was quite the "hit".
The most expensive item that sold was a framed poster and baseball cards for $5,000, while the strangest item that sold at the auction was a piece of the windshield from the local TV news van that was broken by a foul ball.
