Cerebral Palsy Boy Has Walker Stolen

A cerebral palsy boy from Grand Rapids, Mich. is unable to get around any more thanks to having his walker stolen.

Somebody stole a cerebral palsy boy's walker! How can people actually get away with doing this?

Seven-year-old Nathan VanDyken Jr. has cerebral palsy, and last week someone snatched his walker from his family's yard!

"That would make me mad if they realized that's a handicap kid's equipment and they took it anyways," said Nathan VanDykan.

The family has put a sign up that says "please return our child's walker!"

"He can walk actually on his own a bit. He falls a lot," VanDyken said of his son. "With the walker he's very comfortable. It's relaxing."

Nathan's father built their home and his supplies are left out in the open and are out there all night long. Somehow, the thieves bypassed the tools for young Nathan's walker.

I can't understand how people can be stealing from cerebral palsy kids. That has to be the lowest of the low.
