Transporting Kids with Cerebral Palsy
Worried about transporting your infant and toddlers with cerebral palsy? The American Academy of Pediatrics regularly releases policy statements, charts, and checklists for choosing the right forms of transportation, as well as a breakdown of options for car seats, booster seats, and similar equipment for children with disabilities.
Additionally, the Indiana University School of Medicine maintains the National Center for Safe Transportation for Special Needs Children, another excellent resource for parents looking for advice in transporting their children.
