Cerebral Palsy: What Now?

One of the big parental concerns regarding children with cerebral palsy is simply "what now?" From signs and symptoms through diagnosis, then learning to accommodate the disability, parents are often overwhelmed and flustered in their attempts to figure out "what now."

There's a great blog and informational community for parents seeking answers from people who have been there, struggling with similar problems and decisions in caring for children with cerebral palsy.

The author of the blog even addresses her brother's particular case, noting that often times, cerebral palsy is linked with personal injury, and birth injury lawyers are important to recover for these injuries. And as we've said time and again, it's imperative to review your child's injuries with a highly experienced attorney and medical doctor.

We find this information source to be helpful for our cerebral palsy clients, and are working to revise all our content to be more informationally-friendly. Do you have tips or tricks when combating the "what now" issue? We'd love to hear about it. Comment below, send us an email, pick up the phone and call. We're all looking for your thoughts, your tips, your tricks - all to be shared with others affected by this disability.
