Dallas Area Grocery Store Manager Charged With Assaulting Clerk with Cerebral Palsy
Police in Flower Mound Texas said a grocery store manager is accused of assaulting an employee with cerebral palsy. According to police, a manager at a Flower Mound chain grocery store fondled a female clerk who had cerebral palsy. Police said the 39 year old manager admitted that he forced himself on the woman after pulling her into his office. He is charged with assault on a disabled person which is an enhanced charge because the victim has cerebral palsy.
The store manager who was fired from his job, was released from jail on a $5,000 bond. If convicted, his punishment could be up to a year in jail and a fine of up to $4,000.
