Special educators can do wonders for children with disabilities. They can make subjects that would be impossible for them to understand in a regular classroom setting things that they can learn. They can also work with children in a way that doesn't end up with the child becoming frustrated because of having too many demands upon them. Access

For many children, getting in and out of buildings and up and down stairways is one of the biggest problems they face because of their cerebral palsy. Schools can accommodate this in many different ways. In some cases, they may have equipment installed – such as ramps – that make it easier for people with disabilities to get around. In other cases, they may have to restrict classes for people with special needs to one floor or another, depending upon how much money the school district has to change their building around. Make sure you take a look at how your child will get around the school that they go to.

Tutoring

If your child can learn in a regular classroom environment, you still may want to consider getting them a tutor. People with cerebral palsy tend to have difficulties in certain subjects. Just like any other child, having difficulties with the subject doesn't translate to that subject being completely inaccessible to the child. A tutor can be a big help for the child in grasping concepts that they have a difficult time understanding in the classroom.
